Precision Callipers and Gauges
Our skilled technicians use a wide range of calibrated in-house gauges and precise calipers for essential dimensional and functional checks. These tools deliver immediate and accurate measurements of critical features, ensuring that each part meets the specified tolerances.
Vision Measuring Machine (VMM)
For intricate geometries and critical dimensions, our Vision Measuring Machine (VMM) provides unmatched accuracy and efficiency. This advanced system uses high-resolution cameras and precise movement controls to capture detailed images of components.
Plating Thickness Testing machine
We use specialized plating thickness testing equipment to ensure that the applied plating meets the specified thickness requirements. This is crucial for ensuring corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and electrical conductivity, depending on the specific application.

INCOMING CHECKS
Every incoming batch of raw materials (RM) undergoes a rigorous quality inspection process.
We use precise calipers for detailed inspections of RM. Additionally, we review the Incoming Material Test Reports to validate the chemical composition and mechanical properties, ensuring full compliance with required standards and specifications.
This multi-step quality check guarantees that only verified, high-grade materials enter our production line, reinforcing our commitment to excellence from the very beginning.
In-Process Quality Check
To maintain consistency and precision throughout the manufacturing cycle, our in-process quality checks are seamlessly integrated into the production workflow.
We use customized gauges, developed in-house, specifically designed to ensure accurate and repeatable inspections during production. These tools enable real-time checks of functional parameters.
In addition, we utilize Vision Measuring Machines (VMM) for high-precision dimensional inspections and precise calipers for quick verification of tolerances on the shop floor. This layered approach ensures that any deviations are detected and corrected promptly, allowing us to deliver components that meet exact specifications at every stage of production.
Outgoing Quality Check
Our team conducts thorough visual inspections to identify any surface defects or plating inconsistencies. To ensure compliance with plating specifications, we use a Plating Thickness Testing machine to accurately measure coating thickness and confirm adherence to required standards.
Before the product leaves our facility, it undergoes a comprehensive pre-dispatch inspection to ensure it meets the highest quality standards and customer specifications.
This meticulous final check guarantees that every component delivered is production-ready, defect-free, and securely packaged for safe delivery.
